It has been over two weeks since I showered last and I am going to try and at least take a shower today.

Well I got it done and I am so happy. I don't understand why I don't like to take a bath anymore I have a decent home a great wife I think I am good looking oh and I have plenty of nice clothes. Oh well who knows.

i don't understand it either ... i too have every reason TO clean up, but get in a funk(pun intended) and go for days ??? I always feel so much better after I do clean up ... just like everything else ... i just don't care i guess ??

That's great! I need to shower today too. My biggest reason for not showering everyday is my 3 year old. She flips out when I'm out of her sight & if I shut the shower curtain lol.
Sometimes the depression & stress is so much that it can be hard for those of us going through it to have the motivation to take care of our basic needs. Most people don't understand. Hell it's hard enough for us going through it to understand!

yay! I did too and brushed my hair although everyone else says I didn't do it well enough or put in a ponytail right either sigh at least I tried and I think I did it well enough
