Have you tried it? I did it with the life hack YouTube video and it really works your muscles!

I'm currently trying to build exercise into my life. Currently going gym once or twice per week and swimming once a week. Taking walks of 20-30 mins twice a week a and now thinking of doing this workout on the days I'm not at gym.

I actually didn't realise how much exercise I've been doing until I wrote this post!

I'm going back to work on a phased return next week and hoping I can still keep the motivation up when I'm back to full time hours!!

Wow, you have a nice mix! I'd be curious to hear what you think of the 7 minute work out. I have some 8 minute workouts that focus on specific body areas, but I have a hard time being consistent about using them.
