For us, what is self-improvement? It is what we practice throughout our lives because once we believe that we are perfect, things can become complex. It is true that we are not perfect and no one can be perfect.

There is always time to improve our actions, whether it is our health, lifestyle, fitness or anything else.

I know I am not perfect and I don't think I have ever met someone that was either. Self improvement to me is learning to say no and learning new things that will make me a better person but not perfect. The word perfect to me is kinda like the word normal. No one really knows what it is.

Self-improvement is not wanting to be better than everybody else; it's about wanting to be better than you ever thought you could be.

It is whatever you define it; it is a fairly new coinage that does not have a well-defined "dictionary meaning", so what you like to label that way would be self-improvement for you.

Developing a new skill set may be one example of self-improvement, etc.
