Can anyone recommend a book that deals with healing as an adult from teenhood bullying/trauma? I can't find anything except books aimed at teens or parents. It's come to my attention this is a huge problem area for me (I've blocked a lot out) and it's obviously affecting my behaviour as an adult (trust and self esteem issues). I was also going through a traumatic time at home at exactly the same time due to parents violence and drink abuse so anything that deals with teenhood trauma would be marvellous! Already read into inner bonding and adult survivors of alcoholics but looking now specifically for advice on bullying from others and how badly I was let down by the education system.

Wishing you all a happy healthy weekend.

I looked for other resources on the specific question you are asking about

There are resources on PC about bullying.

The closest thing I can find is a google search that may have some possibly interesting threads.
