My t gave me an assignment and I'm up to 20... and there's no specifics involved so it makes it harder. But here's the 20 that I have come up with.... more to come, and add your own.
1. Read a fictional novel
2. Play a game on my phone
3. Listen to music
4. Exercise
5. Play an instrument
6. Watch a movie
7. Leave the room
8. Put a puzzle together
9. Journal
10. Blog
11. Cook
12. Make a snowflake, crochet
13. Work on ear training
14. Use Calm, a meditation app
15. Draw
16. Call a friend
17. Get on Facebook, chat
18. Eat something mindfully
19. Clean
20. Go for a drive

The List continues...
21. Listen to an audio book
22. Visualization
23. Talk a walk
24. Window shop
25. Dance
26. Take pictures
27. Study a topic of interest
28. Write a fictional story
29. Eat chocolate
30. What are you grateful for List

1. Take a bath.
2. Plant something (flowers, food)
3. Forage in the woods.
4. Shovel snow.
5. Annoy (or play with) the cats
6. Do the dishes

It's hard to come up with ones you haven't covered

31. Look at Pinterest
32. View YouTube videos
33. Take a bath

Still trying to get to 50... and trying to figure out things to do with people around... and that's not maladaptive. And that are easy to do in any weather. This is getting harder... and I need 17 more by 2pm.

I'll keep posting as I come up with more. any other ideas are appreciated.

Fifty! I can't hardly go to the bathroom without somebody knocking on the door and bothering me. My list will be short ...

1. Writing
2. Play video games
3. Watch a movie
4. Take a bath (sometimes ... there's often someone sitting on the toilet talking to me)
5. Comment on PC

Aaaaand ... that's about it.

Thought of some things I do when I'm around other people and don't want to be.

1. Practice thinking in foreign languages.
2. Recite poetry to myself (in my head)
3. Conjugate verbs in a foreign language.
4. Daydream
5. Read Failbook
6. Go grocery shopping.
7. Read a cookbook/plan a menu
8. Contact someone I haven't talked to in ages

That's a sort of stressful homework assignment! 30 should be enough

40. Choose a number add/subtract to 0, if possible
41. Squeeze a stress ball
42. Progressive muscle release
43. List strengths
44. Read scriptures
45. Pray
46. Stretch
47. Do something that scares you, speak up to others
48. Identify cognitive distortions used in the last hour
49. Drink cold water
50. Challenge a fear

These are my ideas, you can pick ones you like, Idk what this is for, so some of these can be inappropriate for your purpose, and will be completely asinine, well cause I'm Pterrabad.

- Google how a balloon is made
- See if you can balance you hair brush vertically on a flat surface like "that one guy in the commercial, for that thing".
- Get REALLY good at one karaoke song through YouTube, and enter every local contest, make $$$ Kaching$$$
- Go to thrift shop, grab a bunch of cheap clothes, make EPIC Halloween costume, enter every local Halloween costume contest you can the week of Halloween, make $$$Kaching$$$
- Go out in public, but adopt an accent and wear scarf and spiffy hat, see if people treat you differently!
- Knit/crochet "cozies" for everything you own, & start with out door insulation, the plumbing caps sometimes are not enough!!! (Don't forget a cozy for your grandmother.!)
-Learn what every ingredient on the back of every food label is, and why it's there.
-Do the same with your cosmetics!
- Start each day, by Googling, and learning about a new species of dinosaur, eventually you'll be an expert!!!
- Walk to go check your mail box each day.
- Dance WHILE you clean
