Ever since I took an ecstasy pill about 6 years ago I have been grinding/clenching my teeth. How can I stop doing this? Also when I force myself not to my teeth start feeling weird and fury.

I think you should mention it to a doctor or dentist, it should have worn off by now. I grind out of anxiety. One thing that helped me is wearing a bite guard at night, it can alleviate some discomfort from grinding at night.
