Actually camomile and a cookie, as part of my new nightly ritual. I have been trying to diet, and i question my ability to be the type of person who never eats another "bad" food. So i told my t i am going to try eating one sugar-free cookie every night with a cup of tea and see how that works. Sorta the nighttime version of The Breakfast Club thread

As the cooler weather hits, it's a cup of decaf green chai tea for me, with a little bit of milk and raw honey. Yum!
Thanks for this!
