Hi all, I came across this website a few weeks ago and I figured I would share it so it could maybe help someone else! As I sometimes have difficulty figuring out what's wrong when I don't feel great or need something, I really appreciate this site for helping me determine what it is that could be a problem and what to do to better help myself. It's basically a flowchart in text form that asks questions to help you figure out things to try to help yourself feel better, from having a snack or sleeping to meditating or relaxing certain ways.
