Hi
I've been feeling like i need to start over for a long time now. But i never know how. I am married and have a 2.5 year old. I am already working on the job/professional part but am having issues to get my personal stuff into the right mindset and to start over. I basically want to become a better, more patient, happier, more active person. A better father, a better husband..... Where do i start? There are so many books out there and i've read plenty but nothing got me to the point were i felt it stuck and really helped... I feel positive and i get started with new habits but then a week or so later it all goes back to where it was. I need suggestions, daily tips and tricks on how to get this rolling and how to stick with it. Any suggestions are appreciated. |

I'd start with the Four Agreements and make them your own. Use the Companion book if needed.
