Well I have a permanent job, a newish car, saw a descent apartment (mom approved), it's a 1 bd., plans to move April/May (warmer and will be settled in job). In 2-3 years I will have rebuilt my credit, and will look into buying a 2 bedroom townhouse. I'll figure out the details in the meantime, but those are my plans/goals.
As far as relationship maybe after I move out, thought about joining an on-line site but not really feeling up to it honestly. Want to get my health and life straight. __________________ Son: 14, 12/15/2009 R.I.P. Daughter: 20 Diagnosis: Bipolar with Psychosis. Latuda 100 mgs. |

Yeah well the glitch is despite getting him to sign the divorce deferring stuff to his name, I still may be stuck with the debts. It's looking like I have to file bankruptcy regardless. Though I sent docs to the creditors proving he took on the debt, though I'm easier to find and he has never paid a thing. So that's why I may have to do it, just to save myself from the damage he caused me.
Puts a crimp in my plans. __________________ Son: 14, 12/15/2009 R.I.P. Daughter: 20 Diagnosis: Bipolar with Psychosis. Latuda 100 mgs. |

I love planning, it's my thing. Basically I figure out what I want to accomplish in life, figure out about how long I think it will take to do, than I figure out a way to make it happen. I also pray frequently. It helps keep me centered.
First you list your goal. Than you list the steps you need to take to make that goal become reality. As you accomplish each step (technically a smaller goal, leading to the big goal), you gain momentum. Example: Buy a house, townhouse, condo. Than list out the steps, and sub-steps. 1) Check credit score a) Figure out what you need to do to build it, create it, etc. 2) Save Money a) Open a Savings Account b) Determine how much money you need to save. c) Put money from each check into Savings 3) Obtain a Loan a) Talk with banker b) Pre-qualify 4) Find a Realtor 5) Decide on a home I hope that gives you a better idea. __________________ Son: 14, 12/15/2009 R.I.P.
