I have a terrible terrible lying habit. i want to stop forever and never act like this again. i hate myself for lying. how can i stop for good

Admit you lie to others to make yourself accountable. Then work on it one on one with a counselor. I knew someone here once who lied to me, and it hurt greatly. I hope you can get a handle on this thing so it does not ruin your life. blessings and tc
