I have a box full of dreams the reason why I have a box like that is so I remember what I want to accomplish because sometimes when life knocks us down we forget our dreams. I also have a box filled with compliments the principle is the same I want to fill myself with as many warm feelings inside myself. Then same goes with mediation I go to that state because it is easier to identify the emotional imprint of the thought and feelings I was conditioned to think. The subconscious is basically an open door to creative thinking and freedom for our feelings and emotions. That I idea that I am no thing I am no time and I am nobody is how I reset myself to be more relaxed and in the flow. I love it :')
