I don't know if this will work, but if you have a task (nothing huge) you need to do but you feel it is hard to start, put the task here. If you finish it you let us know. If you do not claim any specific reward you will get a pic of a gold star, flowers or something other nice. You can also request something, like a hug or a YT link to a nice song or a pic of your fav thing.

I like this idea! I have 2 little things today. I need to call in a refill on a prescription, and I need to send in my application for a different payment plan on my student loans.

I walked the dog and picked my rx and yesterday I weeded the garden! My reward was a trip to the thrift store
 I still need to weed the yard and clean out the refrigerator. Thank you for starting this thread

I am focusing on housekeeping (one chore a night) and meal planning these next few weeks. If I get to week three I'm going to celebrate with a manicure / pedicure at the local salon.
