Hi all,
I've just sarted using this app Remente. It's really cool! You can log your moods and see how they fluctuate over time, or even identify what can lower or improve your mood. You can also log self assessments on your satisfaction in different areas of your life. You can also set goals for the day or week etc, and track your progress. Is any one familiar with it?
