It's something I've been thinking of for years! That I need away from tech once a week. Problem is... where to draw the line. I'd love not to answer the phone but people would go nuts over that. No computer and no TV sounds doable though.

Who's in?

I really love the idea of an Internet (or at least social media, including here) sabbatical. I have an app called Freedom (green butterfly logo). It helps block out certain sites for as long as I want, or just a couple hours if I want. I use it a lot lately. It's hard to break away from the Internet sometimes!

My problem is my brain got lazy and I find entertainment online and lose a lot of time. As long as I can turn on my computer I do, it's like it's even hard to pick up a book anymore. I like radio but instead of listening to it air I pick and choose from their pods. I think always getting what you want when you want might be bad too I just don't know why. I wonder which weekday to pick. Hm.
