Does anyone have any book recommendations for anxiety / panic disorder that has actually worked very well for them, almost like a therapist on paper? Thank you all!

Well... I don't know if this is at all the sort of thing you have in mind. But I've just been re-reading Jon Kabat-Zinn's book Full Catastrophe Living- Using the Wisdom of Your Body and Mind to Face Stress, Pain, and Illness. I had forgotten how much profound wisdom & practical application there is in that book.
