1. 30 minutes walking per day (I know its wimpy but I'm scared of going outside)

2. 2 hours of studying per day--target 1 page written per day.

General outline:

Weekdays:
Walk 5:30-6
Study 7-9

Weekend:
12-2 Saturday: plan Sunday: cook.
2-4 read/research
4-6 write 1 page
6-7 walk

Goal: one page per day written. By Sept 1, 40 pages. Regroup and start 2nd draft.
