I decided I want to achieve a 30 day goal. I want to continue with it even after that but that's my initial goal.

The things I want to do during this are:
.Eat healthy (stop bingeing)
.Keep my apartment clean
.brush my teeth 2 times a day
.Stop arguing with delusions
.Take my medication every morning and night. I usually do but sometimes I forget.
.Stay on top of my college coursework

Feel free to join me with your own goal set or whatever you want to do.

Today is day 1, so far as of almost 8 AM it's going well.. lol but I have a long way to go.

Hope you are doing well with meeting your goals! I would like to get back on track with losing weight. I want to exercise every day and stick to my calorie goals.

Thanks hvert! You can do it! I went on some binges lately but started fresh yesterday. Today is day 2, going to exercise this Saturday at the gym

Good luck with achieving your goals. Even if you have temporary set backs, you are still moving in the right direction. Kudos to you.

Goals are good, but make sure you don't recoil in light of failures of your new goals.

You can't change everything at once. Be kind to yourself if you slip up.
