I have bpd, panic disorder and agoraphobia. I need good coping skills that I can easily use day-to-day activities for anxiety and the depressive/ anger from obsessing over situations that haven't happened because of bpd

But here's a link to a mental-health-oriented description of a Buddhist practice referred to as compassionate abiding. It is my go-to technique for dealing with my own anger issues & anxiety as well as intrusive thoughts, of which I have many"
