I'm just looking for some advice. While I don't believe I suffer from depression or anything of that nature, I have ever since I remember had a samey, repetitive life, interspersed by a few life events such as going to college, university and meeting certain people which I will always remember for the way they changed me, and although they took me outside my comfort zone rewarded me immensely for it.
The issue is, I have just finished university and am back home with parents. Although I have got myself a job very quickly (I start next week), with nothing else to occupy my time I seem to be falling back into the same routine of doing nothing. When I do do things I am usually very efficient, which leaves me with a lot of spare time not doing a lot. I am realizing the opportunity costs of this (the things I'm not doing which I could be doing), but feel limited to a very mundane set of activities which I can do every day, that don't bring me much in terms of progress as they're all within my comfort zone (going for a walk, cycling etc.) |

hi, welcome to pc. have you thought about taking up a new hobby, preferably something challenging? or even just socializing with people you wouldn't normally, never know where it might lead. sorry if this isn't much help.
take care. |
