I've been doing yoga twice a week for the past few months and I've really noticed the change it's made in my life. I can calm myself down better when I'm beginning to feel emotional and unstable, AND I feel more at peace with my inner self. I could feel these changes just after ONE session!!

Sure, I don't notice much in the way of how I look physically, but I'm not really doing it to change my appearance to a thinner state (don't get me wrong, losing a few pounds would be WONDERFUL, but it's not my main goal here).

I highly recommend it.

Do you do it on your own or follow along with a certain youtube video/yoga tape? Can you recommend any?
