I used to journal when I was in high school, and be more spiritual. Well I have found a different way to journal, it's called a bullet journal. I use a dot grid and make the journey about my week at the start now I'm changing the focus to include DBT skills. I start tracking my mood on a 7 point scale and connecting the dots to see where I am at and to show my T. I also am tracking positive things like sleep, exercise, and vitamins. I hope this will prepare me for the DBT course that is very intensive.
If there are others that want to share ideas I thought we could share here. Later I may post pictures of what I have created before filling it in. I hope that this helps you think about ideas for journaling. Christine |

Thank you for sharing this. Do you have a link for the DTB course? I am interested in exploring. Thank you in advance.

There isn't a course, I have just done research online so here is a starting diary card that I am trying for January.

That looks great, I started reading about bullet journaling a few weeks ago but haven't done anything with it yet. How has it been going the last few weeks?
