I just really wish I could stop checking up on ex's on social media. I even check on my bf's ex's and idk why. I don't know why I feel this need to check and see what their every move is. I can't stop.

If you are not in a relationship maybe you miss being in one or just miss your ex's? The compulsion might fade with time but the best cure is to find other interesting things to do.

It normal! Especially when you miss them and when your lonely. Try finding other things to do when you find yourself wanting to look at their social media. It going to be hard at first but in time it will get better. It will get easier.
