I was wondering if there were any good self help books that deal with depression and/or anxiety that are recommended?
I've read Dr. David Burns Feeling Good book and New Mood Therapy book and found them to be very helpful but looking for more to read. If anyone has found a particular book that was helpful, please share. Thanks!

Dr. Clay's online book (can be downloaded too and printed out!) has good chapters on Depression and Anxiety and he posts in this forum so can answer any questions you might have about them:

I like to read biographies of people with mental illness, see the illness in a lifespan, all it encompasses, all it doesn't encompass.....then I compare my life to theirs, my high point to theirs, my low point ot theirs, to get perspective....I like Get Me Out Of Here, the story of someone with borderline personality disorder, who.....believe it or not......RECOVERS!!! It's by Rachel Reiland, and hey, people do recover!!!
