I started letting myself take time off to rest up in 2018. I have a life long history of pushing myself until I crash and burn. This has been a big change for me.

This is a good one. I have done both...pushed and pushed then crashed...but also have gotten lazy. This year I have been pretty non-productive. But very well rested.
