And doing weird things with my mouth, like expressions. This is not an issue where it’s involuntary, I can control it. However, I get anxious if I don’t do it I’ve been like this for most my life. It’s like a constant tapping of the shoulder until I do it.
What is this, am I just prone to weird and bad habits or tics, ocd, etc?? Side note: Btw jerking head meaning a headbang type head jerk but less dramatic. __________________ Aspie |

Well, of course, we here on PC can't diagnose you.
