I just missed the most important appointment I could miss. I take several medications for depression, ADHD and bipolar and now I'm having really bad PTSD episodes as of a couple days ago. I don't have my therapist appointments scheduled till mid August and I've isolated myself so much I can't even go to family to talk about this. I decided to do some research on emotional abuse and my whole world has been turned upside down. All the times I thought I was in the wrong as a kid has changed and I realized that the interactions I had were not only not normal but bad and I don't even know how to deal with thinking about it anymore. I don't know how to cope and I can't get help fast enough and the one thing that could've helped me I screwed up from my dyslexia.
