In all honesty, I have this type of plan too, but it is stored in my head. Also, each of these tasks need not be a daily event. I'm hoping that you are aware that sometimes, being overtly regimental can tire you out and bring you down mood wise.

You sound very organised and clean. You like to be kept busy. The tough part for me was learning what to do when I'm not busy.....

No wonder I am tired all the time! I have chronic fatigue syndrome and the physical therapist for CFS last told me to keep a journal and get on a routine. I got worse. I thought I was doing something wrong. Too much thinking tires me as much as too much physical work.
