The whole reason I was paying down debt and building my credit was to get approved for a mortgage. Well I was approved. Well I can't afford anything better than where I'm living now so it kind of defeats the purpose to tighten my belt by taking on a larger payment.

So I'm a renter, living life. Taking classes in arts. Which may or may not benefit my future. But I'm happy, having fun, and pursuing long lost dreams!

Anyway my debt will still eventually be paid but it's less of a rush. I may buy a place one day but prices have to go down first. And now I know my credit is good enough to qualify.

I do want to refinance my car, same payment but shorter duration a less interest. But I need to come up with 300 dollars. I think I can just have to tighten my belt a nudge. Which i can do but dislike doing. Only have 60 days and the clock is ticking.
