Took out accumulated garbage and recycling. Ive been feeling dizzy for the past month or so, so i started watching my sodium intake, as i had been frankly going to town on it. That has pretty much stopped the dizziness. My blood pressure was also high there towards the end, otherwise maybe i would have figured it out earlier.
I just need to do stuff every day every day every day. |

Cleaned up my house today. Swept up everything and cleaned my bathroom and tub. I feel much better. Still have to clean the back room with all my husband's clothes.

Did a whole bunch of Spring Cleaning today. Was feeling a bit of pain this morning, but I got up to wash my sheets and just started doing all the floors, the bathroom and everything. Even went outside with a broom and got rid of all the cobwebs on the front porch above my door and neighbor's door. I feel so much better! I am also going to get some more fresh flowers next week.

Been doing pretty good at keeping my place clean and tidy. But it only takes two days of being demoralized to have that chaos demon running around here messing it all up.

I just spent two hours cleaning and organizing the top of my desk, including putting all the sewing patterns, knitting patterns, and coloring pages I’ve been printing from the internet into a binder.

I spent almost two hours cleaning our bathroom today and I didn’t even do the whole thing. It’s about the size of a closet too. That’s how bad it was/how thorough I am. I approach the cleaning of it like the bathroom at work (which is not even close to being that bad). First thing: squirt cleanser into the toilet bowl to sit. Couldn’t find the toilet bowl cleanser, so squirted soap into it (better than nothing). Then I put a microfiber cloth on the end of a broom with a rubber band to wipe down the walls. Then wipe down the fixtures, working my way counterclockwise from the door and down from the ceiling. Then wipe down the sink. Then wipe down the toilet. Then scrub the bowl. Then wipe down the floor. In the midst of all that, I found the toilet bowl cleanser, so I scrubbed down the soap & flushed it & then squirted the toilet bowl cleanser to set & scrubbed that & flushed it. I wiped down every single object from its dust/fuzz/hair/mystery substance covered surface. I didn’t get to the shower. My dream is that my family member will take care of the bucket under the sink that is soaking rags that have a smell my vocabulary is inadequate to describe. Other than that, it looks ******* fantastic in there. Except for the shower/tub. **** it.

…& just to paint a picture for you: it takes about ten minutes to clean the bathroom at work that is 4 times the size of our bathroom at home. That is: spraying the toilet bowl cleaner, dusting the high surfaces and fans, spraying and wiping down the mirror, counter, sink, exterior toilet surfaces, scrubbing the toilet bowl, sweeping, and mopping. It is so much easier to clean a clutter free space, it isn’t even funny.
