Acceptance and Gratitude.
Accept I'll never become my ideal person. Accept I really do have a disability and learn to live within my limits. practice Gratitude for the things I have accomplished. living independently. my good relationships with family. maybe release the rest. I'm thinking about it. __________________ Son: 14, 12/15/2009 R.I.P. Daughter: 20 Diagnosis: Bipolar with Psychosis. Latuda 100 mgs. |

@Aviza gratitude has helped me overcome a lot of things that have troubled me. When I am grateful I am focusing on what I have and not on what I do not have. This makes a world of difference in how I feel.
Hope you have a wonderful Fourth of July. They have televised concerts on TV on Monday night. __________________ Super Moderator Community Support Team "Things Take Time" |
