I am using PhenQ weight loss supplements and Slim Fast shakes to lose the extra pounds, and I figure it will take at least 3-4 months in total.

On the weekends, since my husband is around and makes dieting harder since we eat together, I allow myself to cheat, but only just a little bit.

I also plan on getting an exercise bike for our home so I can add exercise too.

I lost 8 pounds before our wedding using just Slim Fast. Now, I have added the PhenQ all natural diet pills and I hope they work!!!

Anyone ever used PhenQ or heard of it before??
Never heard of it. I am now using Slim Fast meal replacement.
