 Now, during the northern hemisphere summer, is the time for bears to gain weight in anticipation of winter... If you are addressing a people thing, then I hesitate to offer any advice. It is my observation that religion, politics, and diet/weight loss are "explosive" topics. I wish you success in reaching your goal.
