I'm tired of taking medication everyday. I'm not even sure if it's really helping me. It quiets down my symptoms, but I have to think there is a better solution. Like orthomolecular medicine. Sometimes I feel like the medication is controlling me. Telling me what to think, how to act, how to feel, etc. It's all a bunch of rubbish.

I take days off from meds when I feel this way symptoms return I get back to taking them. but my meds are really harming my stomach. it's way more sensitive and I definitely need to take with food, which bugs me when I'm not hungry so on those days I started skipping meds instead of forcing food. may kill me not sure but med frustration is real.

I'm glad they work well for you. They work well for me, too. I am just tired of side-effects. But the benefits outweigh the adverse effects, so I can't complain. It's a little late to be saying that, on my part. When I made my OP I was in a place where I felt the meds weren't doing what they were supposed to do. But now that I have given them more time, I am feeling noticeably better. I still have side-effects, however.
