I've never heard of Betterhealth so I will have to Google it. What helps me enormously is trying to keep shifting my default way of thinking from "This is a problem" to "Why ISN'T this a problem?"

My life has sort of been like looking at everything and always tending to think: "This was a problem in my past. This is a problem in my present. This is going to be a problem" when I anxiously project into the future with my mind.

I learned all this from a famous psychologist and it helps me a lot.
