I know, right?
Flossed and brushed each of the last 2 days. Question for the Oral B users out there. Are they totally safe - mostly thinking about the vibration. The reason I ask is the past couple of nights, when I've brushed, several of my teeth have kind of hurt. Not sure if it's run of the mill sensitivity or something more serious. I'm thinking of switching back to a normal toothbrush. |

If you switch to regular toothbrushes, I recommend the ones by Dr Plotka. I use them for when I travel or for that second brushing in one day. They do not wear out as nearly as fast as normal drugstore toothbrushes, justifying the higher cost. And I love their feel.
Forgot to brush for the second time yesterday because I was having EPS to Latuda, Argh! I lowered the dose of Latuda upon consultation with my prescriber and today, no EPS but I will need more days with no EPS to confirm that it was a dose dependent response. Plan to brush for the second time as soon as I get back home from work today. |

Splitimage, look at what I got in an email from Harvard Medical School (I am subscribed to their sleep-related news updates).
Harvard Medical School experts reveal: Secrets to a great night’s sleep Dear TCJ, Getting enough sleep is as important for your body as eating right, exercising, and practicing good dental hygiene. It was my first time seeing good dental hygiene mentioned as equally important to eating right, exercising, and sleeping well. Wow! |

Wow is right. Glad I've decided to do something about it now.
Flossed and brushed yesterday. Actually yesterday was interesting. I took my night meds and flossed, then when I went to go to bed I laid down and then thought oh I forgot to brush, I'll just do it tomorrow. But then I realized that my teeth didn't feel clean and it bugged me, so I got up and brushed. Guess that means brushing is becoming important to me too. |

After two days of missing the second brushing because I was hungry when I came home in the evening, I am back on track and it feels great. I have also received StimUDent @unaluna and will try using it tonight or tomorrow. Exciting!

I got my stimudent last week. I find it oddly comforting!
I wonder if the electric toothbrushes can loosen fillings as well as crowns? Idk. |

Used stimudent after flossing this morning. Liked it. Will try making it a nighttime habit if I am not too tired before going to bed.
Went to see my dermatologist. Read a gossip magazine in the lobby. There was an interview with a celebrity dentist. He said that the most important thing is flossing. Took photographs of the interview and will post later for @splitimage |

Thanks Tart Cherry Jam,
Interesting article. I now really notice when I don't floss or brush that my teeth just don't feel clean and I really want to do it. I'm taking that as a really positive sign. Flossed and brushed yesterday, I think I'm going to stick to a regular toothbrush for now. My teeth and gums were not irritated by it yesterday as opposed to when I use the Oral B, which just seems to irritate my mouth for some reason. |

I did stimudent before bedtime yesterday. Just a little. Used a few "sticks". I thought that it would take me less time to floss come morning and that is exactly what happened this morning. And it felt good to go to bed with cleaner teeth.
And I agree that the action is oddly comforting. I plan to do it again this evening. |

Flossed, but didn't brush yesterday. I'm really happy that I'm able to keep the flossing habit going regularly and am now at least brushing more than not.
