Yeah, depression hits me too and I find it hard to take care of myself. So didn't floss or brush the last two days. But flossed this morning when I woke up.

I can't believe it but I am going to bed with brushed teeth tonight. I ate before 10PM and just brushed my teeth at about 10:30 PM and will go to sleep.

I ended up seating in the middle of the night when I woke up hungry. So I did not spend the whole night with clean teeth. I think it is because I was ravenousky hungry after a workout last night and whatever I ate for dinner was not enough.
So, it didn't work.
