today was a tough day because I went to bed waaay too late and then needed a nap because of that and then woke up from the nap with a dehydration headache... and other things.

In the morning, waterpik on top of my regular dental hygiene routine. Flossed, brushed, and rinsed with prescription mouth wash. I need to do the latter right before bed, as I can't eat or drink anything for 30 min afterwards. Hoping to keep going with this.
