1 crushed garlic clove a day will help alleviate tooth pain. Also, make sure potassium nitrate is in your toothpaste. The potassium nitrate will harden the teeth. Keep it in your mouth for 20 minutes if possible so it has a chance to penetrate the enamel.

suddenly there is some blood when I floss. I do not know why: I have been diligent with flossing as usual.
My cleaning appointment is coming up. no more blood while flossing. there was just that one time. But I will ask the dentist about it during my cleaning on Thursday. Also, the tooth that used to be sensitive when I brushed it with my electric brush is no longer sensitive. And it was never sensitive when I brushed with the manual brush. Interesting.
