The dentist's office called me in. They reinserted the temp crown. I hope it will stay till next Thursday when I am scheduled to get the permanent one.

Regarding brushing OR flossing if you absolutely must choose one OR the other: I have read in multiple sources that flossing then wins. Flossing is the more important routine.

2nd brushing today and happy about it.
Also, need a new floss and two new toothpaste tubes. Happy about the fact that I am using the right products and it shows: I need to replace. Not only 2nd brushing today, but yesterday, I flossed twice, and today, at work, I use those single plastic flossers after lunch. They are not as good as true floss but still something towards keeping our teeth clean and healthy.

Got my permanent crown in tooth 31. In June, we will start working on getting a new contemporary crown for the adjacent tooth 30. Overall, I have 4 old crowns that eventually will need replacement. For now, the one over tooth 30 needs it the most. I hope the others can wait.

Brushed and flossed yesterday, but didn't do them together. I brushed during the day and then flossed as usual before bed. I'm going to see if I can make that pattern work.

Did not have time for the 2nd brushing today, but did the second flossing, with Waterpik, right now before bedtime. My mouth feels so great!
