Yesterday was a good day, flossed, brushed, and rinsed with antimicrobial mouthwash. (Not all at the same time.)

@russ44 I do occasionally use a prescription antibacterial mouthwash. My problem is you have to swish it around your mouth for a minute, which doesn't sound like a long time, except it is for me when I'm doing it.

If I forget or don't brush my teeth I always use mouthwash, but if i brush my teeth .. i won't use mouthwash. Strange but true ...

I love my water flosser. I put in tarter control mouthwash. Its a nice treat. I know it's not as good as using floss, but my teeth were so tightly packed for so many years after orthodontia, that floss wasnt an option.
