Thanks @Tart Cherry Jam I'll definitely read the article later.

Flossed and brushed yesterday.

I have never heard of this syndrome before, but I have known old people who would fit this definition.

Flossed and scraped the tongue twice yesterday, second time as I was getting ready for bed. It sure felt nice sleeping through the night (well almost, until 5:30) with clean teeth.

Flossed and brushed yesterday. The tiny habits program has definitely been helpful as I want to be able to report that I've brushed each day.

I so much liked going to bed with flossed teeth and sleeping through the night (more typically I wake up several times) that I am repeating it tonight. Flossed, scraped my tongue AND brushed. Now, going to bed. Good night! If I encounter problems making this into a habit, I will go back to the Tiny Habits program.

Flossed and brushed yesterday. I'm starting to look forward to how my teeth feel after they've been brushed.
