I’ve brushed my teeth two times a day the past 5 or 6 days in a row. Gonna start adding in flossing today. Hopefully can keep this habit up. I’m really determined to.

I missed brushing/flossing last night because I kept putting it off then by time I wanted to go do it I ended up falling asleep. But I brushed and flossed this morning and am gonna again tonight and not make the same mistake of laying down first and falling asleep
