Let Tiny Habits change your life
There is no upsell. It is completely free and you can repeat it however many times you would like, trying different habits and editing your routines. You do not have to own the book Tiny Habits by Stanford researcher BJ Fogg although I highly recommend getting the book and especially the audiobook narrated by the author himself. |

I find the Tiny Habits email program to be very effective. I used it multiple times to establish flossing as a habit, and I'm going to use it again to try and implement brushing and walking in my day.

When you write of walking, I recall the concept of a starter habit such as putting your walking sneakers by the door so that they are ready the next day, and celebrating it. I am not saying it is the best way to establish a walking habit, just recalling it as one possibility. I would be curious to see how you go about designing the walking behavior into your daily life.
Few things are as good as walking for your cardiovascular and mental health. Wishing you the best on your walking path. __________________ Bipolar I w/psychotic features Last inpatient stay in 2018 Geodon 40 mg Seroquel 75 mg Gabapentin 1200 mg+Vitamin B-complex (against extrapyramidal side effects) Long term side effects from medications, some of them discontinued: - hypothyroidism - obesity BMI ~ 38 |
