When I talk in front of groups I should be more positive and uplifting but my inner critic takes hold and I talk negatively about myself even if I'm feeling good about myself at the time. It's strange. It happens a lot. Is it low self-esteem I have to work on?
Thx in advance if anyone has any idea if this is what the problem might be. |
