As you see, the dedication does not work all the time but still. How about you? Do you routinely go to bed too late, do you have a haphazard schedule where you never know when you will go to bed?

I try not to get to bed late, but sometimes it’s hard to turn off my brain. Also even when I’m in bed I just don’t want to sleep. I don’t know why.

Went to bed at 3am last night! But in my defense, I was up making a Vision Board to hang up, and once I get started on a project, I can't get to bed till I finish it!

Woke up at around 8am this morning, so maybe 5 hours sleep. Napped a little this afternoon after the gym, but I am really tired now, so maybe I'll get to sleep.

Watching Svengoolie, so it should be over by 10:30pm so I am going to try and get to bed by 11pm - I have to be up early for 8am mass at church tomorrow.

@OafFish good to see you here!

@Tart Cherry Jam - keep up the good work!

@SquarePegGuy - hope you've been doing well!

I slept very poorly last night so I needed a nap. Now after a nap (1.5 hrs in bed, 1 hr of net sleep), I am able to read an article and think about my Tuesday presentation. Luckily I have Monday off as a holiday. So I will finish the article night and spend tomorrow and Monday putting together and then practicing my presentation.

@LadyShadow, I think we all now how it is with a project: once you start, you cannot let go until you finish!

Vision boards are good reasons to stay up.

Kolchak reruns are harder to justify

— ok I’m going to get to sleep now for real.

10:45 PM good night

had a good day, with an ever so slight depressive wave that went away after a couple of hours

Hope to have an even better day tomorrow. Need to finish my slides, write the script of the presentation, and practice at least two times.

good plan!

I have a presentation tomorrow at 9. I have prepared the slides (55 of them) and now am preparing the script. Still on Slide 16 in the script. Still a lot of work ahead!

Glad you are guys are getting some good sleep! I have been bad lately; I have been up past 4am. It's been so bad. I just been stuck on a computer getting lost. I have been good about putting the phone across the room, but I have been sitting at this computer for hours. It's currently past 1am and I have to force myself to bed by 2am. I am also hungry, so that doesn't help either.

Going to try to sleep soon!

I know how it is. Vicious computer with its grip on you!!

I am going to bed. 11:00PM. I have to present tomorrow at 9, from home. I have printed out my script (15 pages for 55 slides) and determined whom I am going to ask what, in an interactive fashion, but I have not practiced.

If I wake up early enough and alert enough tomorrow morning, I will practice. Otherwise, will play it by ear. I do have the script and I have thought enough about these slides to be all right.

Slept very little last night, apparently due to anxiety before the presentation. Such things sometimes happen to me. Still, delivered the presentation well enough. Now am tired. Going to bed. Will need to do a lot of work tomorrow morning.

10:30 PM. Sweet dreams, everyone!

I actually had a good night. Got up at 8 (woke up twice during the night but went to sleep right away) and now at 9 am starting to work, all in a goo d mood. I wish every day were like this. Went through a number of morning routines that included some cleaning.

I spoke too soon. Yes I had a good night and worked productively in the morning, but now I need a nap. Luckily I have time to take a nap and then will go to the office for a series of meetings. Then in the evening a treadmill HIIT class at followed by a visit with a very special someone .

You're really on top of things @Tart Cherry Jam !! So proud of you!

I have been sleeping okay, but I have been really busy the past few days - just helping out with a fundraiser and working a lot.

Going to get off this computer in a couple of minutes and try to get a full night's sleep!

How did it go last night? Were you able to get off your computer as planned? I know with me, I sometimes have the best intentions but ...

Last night I went to bed at 10:30. This morning I was up before 6AM and I do not feel sleepy. I know I plan to take a nap in the early afternoon but for now I am fine and will be able to handle some overdue projects.

Took a nap. Just 34 minutes. I think I was anxious that I would not hear the alarm so I woke up well ahead of the alarm. Will get ready to go now. The nap improved the sleep score on Oura a little. It improved the readiness score by a lot and indeed I feel ready to handle the afternoon and the evening now.

Naps can be a life saver.

@Tart Cherry Jam - I was able to get off the computer by around midnight. I have been trying harder and harder to set a limit with myself. I have such an addictive personality, it's hard!

Today was a really hard day, realized that I really needed to find a therapist because I have been struggling with a lot since my husband left. The hole in my heart is really big.

Sleep hasn't been horrible though, the past couple of days I have been doing well. Tonight, will try to get to bed at midnight - I have to be up by 7:30am, that should be enough sleep.

Hope you guys have been sleeping well!! Haven't been napping either which I am happy about.

You need a therapist. So many things have happened to you lately and over the years. You need help processing all of that.
