I loved northern exposure, @Nammu. What streaming service do you watch it on? It might be fun to watch it again

I achieved the 10:35pm bedtime last night, and I got up pretty well-rested at 6:30 this morning. It took me several minutes to fall asleep, though -- I'm guessing I got only 7 & 1/2 hours sleep, maybe less. Obviously missed 10:45pm tonight; it's looking like 11:15pm and no reading.

There a few that have it. I’m watching it on Roku CW channel. It didn’t let me start with season one. I’m watching the last season which is ok since I never saw it the first time around.

Well, no matter, I can get the DVDs from the library.
Woke up alert and refreshed at 4:10am (huh?) so I decided to get up and feed the cats. Then I went back to bed at about 5am. (Well, we have three cats. One gets a med, another gets special food, and the third sneaks in aafter the other two eat, so it does really take about 45 minutes.) I went back to bed, but I didn't drop off to sleep too quickly. Nor could I mediate. But eventually I woke up at 7:30am. I used my SAD therapy light yesterday and today. It seems to make the time go slower. I'm looking at a bedtime of 8:30pm. Hope folks had a nice weekend and got recharged for the week ahead! __________________ Major Depressive Disorder; Sleep Apnea; possibly on the spectrum Nuvigil 50mg; Effexor 37.5mg Wellbutrin 150mg; meds for blood pressure & cholesterol |

On Saturday nights I watch lost in space then go to bed at 1am to read for a while. Yet I woke up at 7. I was able to get back to sleep. Had a long evolved dream of working in an airplane factory. There was lipstick too, in various vivid colors of red. New employees with green swipe cards and a midget spy posing as an 8 yr old. Tonight it’s back to midnight. I hope to sleep until 8.

Oh my stomach! I had way too much Nutella. But it was a stressful day. Going to bed before 10pm tonight.

Aiming for 10pm bedtime, and a rise time of 6:30 am tomorrow. Oh, and I meet with my Sleep Doctor tomorrow only because the DME says the insurance co. won't reimburse for a new CPAP machine unless I've seen the sleep doctor within the last three months. Grrr.
Hope all is well with you! __________________ Major Depressive Disorder; Sleep Apnea; possibly on the spectrum Nuvigil 50mg; Effexor 37.5mg Wellbutrin 150mg; meds for blood pressure & cholesterol |

It's been a while since I've been on this thread. How have you been doing @Tart Cherry Jam ?
Hey there @SquarePegGuy I didn't know you were trying to get a new CPAP, is something wrong with your current one? I have been sleeping very well the past few weeks. I think I been averaging 7-8 hours per night so far. Going to bed in an hour or two, and trying to stick to around the same sleep schedule. __________________ Tales of Love, Motivation, and An Interesting Journey - Please Subscribe to my Website on WordPress: Inspired Odyssey's Path to Wellness and Love |

I was doing pretty good until last night. Was a very tossing turning sort of evening. I got hot and when I’m hot I can’t sleep, but it’s been snowing and raining out so I can’t open the window. This morning I was up too early and then dosing in front of the tv.

I had to take a break from MSF but I missed you all. I am back and doing pretty well, although my sleep need is higher than it was a few weeks ago.
I had my ferritin level retested on Sunday. It is still below normal but higher than it was in early February. So, I am supposed to be on the mend. It is just a little frustrating that the progress is so slow. __________________ Bipolar I w/psychotic features Last inpatient stay in 2018 Geodon 40 mg Seroquel 75 mg Gabapentin 1200 mg+Vitamin B-complex (against extrapyramidal side effects) Long term side effects from medications, some of them discontinued: - hypothyroidism - obesity BMI ~ 38 |

Feeling pretty good. Been sleeping pretty well regularly but been having some trouble with the mask. Some nights I had only averaged about 4 hours on my machine then had to sleep the rest of the night without it. But last night was pretty good even though I went to bed at 2am. Going to church tomorrow morning so I will have to be up early.

I had to pay cash for the previous machine, even though I had insurance. The insurance company needed proof of compliance, but the data couldn't be downloaded from the machine. So I'm very careful to keep appointments with my sleep doctor, and I bring my memory card to document my compliance. __________________ Major Depressive Disorder; Sleep Apnea; possibly on the spectrum Nuvigil 50mg; Effexor 37.5mg Wellbutrin 150mg; meds for blood pressure & cholesterol |

Well I did wake up at 6:30am refreshed, but somehow lost consciousness fo an hour and got up at 7:30am less refreshed.
Looks like I'll get to bed by 10:30 easily; maybe get up at 7am. Good night, Dearies! __________________ Major Depressive Disorder; Sleep Apnea; possibly on the spectrum Nuvigil 50mg; Effexor 37.5mg Wellbutrin 150mg; meds for blood pressure & cholesterol |

Last night went to bed on time but woke a lot during the night and morning. Was 2 hours late waking. Up. Ug, feel so hung over. Even the weather is hungover. Thick lowering clouds. No rain just threat ing clouds. Mostly because it was too warm last night. Because it was raining off and on I couldn’t open the windows.

Woke up again at 3am. The mask is lifting off of my face because my mouth is opening up too much at night. Don't really know how else to stop that except tightening the headgear, but I don't want it to be too tight that it hurts. I have to figure something out, because I am only averaging about 4 hours with the CPAP the past few nights.
Going to bed on time today around 11pm or midnight. I feel pretty good overall though, the best I have felt in a long time. Maybe I'm a little manic after that spiritual experience I had with that eclipse earlier today. Napped a bit earlier too, was really sleepy this morning because of the GOLO pills. Going to be taking less of those too. __________________ Tales of Love, Motivation, and An Interesting Journey - Please Subscribe to my Website on WordPress: Inspired Odyssey's Path to Wellness and Love |

I slept a lot last night and yet I needed 2 (!) naps during the day. After the 2nd nap, I was completely refreshed. I did productive work and went to an Orangetheory fitness workout where I accumulated 12 "splat points" or the minimum number of high intensity minutes.
I spoke to my psychiatrist about trying Ritalin PRN. I will also see my internist on Friday for the annual physical and I will ask her about iron transfusions. On my own, I am not making progress fast enough. I hope that I can tolerate Ritalin. I will let you know how it goes.
