Has anyone heard of this film and book? (Also the accompanying book, Secret Gratitude Book)
My councillor has asked me to watch the film (and/or buy the book) as she thinks it might help because I told her that writing down all the positive things that happen to me in a journal is helping distract me from the negative things.
She suggested I make a dream board (something from the film)

Has anyone seen this? Can I ask what you thought of it?

Thanks,
Molly

I have seen this video and I must say that it has a positive outlook on bettering yourself. However, it requires a lot of energy to keep your mind focused on the positive thoughts. They also explain that wether your thoughts are positive or negative, both will be attrached to you. In a way, it almost sound like a daunting task of being aware of your subconcious thoughts. However it is a good excersize. Beside the secret, you might also want to try looking into a book called " A New Earth - Awakening to your life's purpose " by Eckhart Tolle, it has simliar positive concepts.

"Acceptance, Enjoyment, Enthusiasm. Whatever you cannot enjoy doing, you can at least accept that this is what you have to do. Be enthusiastic about things " - Eckhart Tolle.

Oh yes, and my life keeps getting better and better. Me and my friend did a vision board together when the movie came out. We are both very successful happy people and one by one these things that were on our boards are appearing in our lives. I still haven't gotten a husband, but I'm financially doing well, with little effort. I stopped working and started attracting. (ok, now I sound like an ad, oh no!)

Michael Losier is wonderful for explaining in plain english what the Secret is all about and the simple steps on how to do it. He has a class on Oprah also! I went to one of his lectures a while ago and it changed my life.

Ester Hicks and Louise Hay are two others who I think you will love! I believe they were both in the movie. Louise has an wonderful movie and my favorite book You Can Heal You Life. Getting to know your subconcious mind is where it's at. Clearing out the negativity and allowing your good to flow into your life. It's fun!
