this was taught to me by my dr when i was feeling anxious but can be used at any point of troubled times. first she said find a memory that was good but i couldnt at the time so she said do you remember your first kiss? imediately i smiled & said yes,good she said close your eyes & remember it in as much detail as you can remember where you were who you were with & most importantly how it made you feel(that funny feeling you get in your tummy) stay with the memory as long as you can but as you open your eyes hold onto that feeling.it may take a bit of practice but you really can do it. you can use any good memory you have & any time you feel scared,angry,panic,so on & so on give it a try!let me know how you go?
