It's pulling me in. It's wrapping around every single inch of my body. Never going to cut again, that's what I said. One day later? The urge. It won't go away.

Look at that cut on your left arm. It may take VERY long to heal. You don't want that happening again.

But I need the release. I feel down and depressed - lonely and apart from the rest of the world. I NEED to cut.

Don't do it michael. It's an expensive coping mechanism. Think of all the dressing you will need.

But the pain can not be worse than what I am feeling inside. Lonely! Want to go back hospital. Want to go back to school. Want a LIFE. I don't know what I want. WHAT DO I WANT ?

Michael...

Just one small one on my right arm. Away from the deep one. Just ONE. Just a SCRATCH.
